You should read these terms and conditions carefully prior to placing an order with us. The heading used in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions.

PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, and Klarna (including all available Klarna payment options in your country).

When you pay with an international payment card (Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro), the payment amount will be reserved on your card immediately. This means the funds are temporarily held on your card or account but not yet charged. The actual payment will only be taken when we ship your order. If the order is cancelled or not shipped, the reserved funds will be released according to your card issuer’s policies. The length of this reservation period varies depending on your card issuer’s terms and conditions. Please consult your card issuer for details.

We do not charge any additional fees or surcharges for card payments made with cards issued within the EU. However, if your card is issued outside the EU, your bank or card provider may apply additional fees, which are beyond our control.

The amount will only be charged when your order is shipped.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, the amount may be withdrawn from your account immediately. This is because PayPal is an international issuer of electronic money (e-money), and the transaction is legally regarded as a bank transfer. As such, it is not subject to the same rules that apply to card payments, where the transaction (capture) may only be completed once the products are shipped to the customer. Please note that purchases made via PayPal are not covered by the standard chargeback scheme. However, PayPal offers its own buyer protection scheme. If you choose Klarna as your payment method, you can select from the following options (availability depends on your country): Pay in full at checkout, pay in 30 days, pay in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments, or use financing. The payment agreement is made directly between you and Klarna. Late or missed payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the final price you will pay. Subsequent price reductions or promotions will not entitle you to a refund of the price difference.

All prices shown on our website include VAT. The applicable VAT rate is automatically adjusted at checkout based on the destination country within the EU, in compliance with EU cross-border VAT regulations. 

 

DELIVERY
We ship from Denmark to all EU countries with plant passport in compliance with EU regulations. Depending on your order date, shipping usually takes place within 1–6 business days, with dispatch normally scheduled for the following Monday. This schedule ensures safe transportation and optimal conditions for live plants. In rare cases, shipments may be postponed due to extreme weather conditions to protect your plants. Delays may occur, and stated delivery schedules are subject to change.

We take great care in packaging your plants to help ensure they remain healthy and secure during transit. All year round, plants are cushioned with polyfill, placed in sturdy cardboard, and wrapped in thermal foil that reflects over 95% of thermal radiation to protect against temperature fluctuations and maintain a stable environment. In winter, a heat pack is included for added protection against the cold, but to prevent overheating, it is safely placed outside the thermal foil.

While our methods are designed to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition, we recommend selecting the fastest shipping option during challenging weather conditions for optimal care.

We offer multiple delivery options for orders within the EU:

  • GLS Standard Shipping is available for €20.00 (ex VAT) and typically delivers within one to five business days from dispatch. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over €276.00 (ex VAT). Please note that GLS is not available for Cyprus, Greece, and Malta.
  • For customers in Cyprus, Greece, and Malta, we offer UPS Standard Shipping at €20.00 (ex VAT), with delivery typically within one to five business days from dispatch. Free shipping is available on orders over €276.00 (ex VAT).
  • UPS Express Saver provides faster delivery, with your order estimated to arrive by the next business day from dispatch. This service costs €32.00 (ex VAT) and is free for orders over €630.00 (ex VAT).

If your package is delivered to a ParcelShop, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to collect within the specified pickup period. If the package is not collected in time and is returned to us, we will resend the order for an additional shipping fee. No returns or refunds apply for plants, in accordance with our “Right of Withdrawal”.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If you have any concerns upon arrival, please reach out to us in accordance with our “Right of Complaint”.

 

GENETIC VARIATION DISCLAIMER 
We take great care to prevent cross-pollination when cultivating hybrids and follow strict protocols to maintain genetic integrity. However, as plants are living organisms, some degree of natural variation is always possible. When producing hybrids, we use preventative measures to reduce the risk of unintended cross-pollination. Despite this, complete genetic isolation cannot be guaranteed. As a result, minor variations may occur between individuals of the same hybrid, including unexpected traits or differences in expression. These variations are a natural part of working with living plants.

Clones are genetically identical to their parent plant, but genetic identity does not always mean visual or phenotypic uniformity. Environmental factors such as light, temperature, humidity, fertilization, soil conditions, or plant maturity can influence how certain traits are expressed. It is therefore normal for cloned plants to display subtle differences in appearance or growth over time.

These types of variation—whether due to hybridization or clonal expression—are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for complaint or refund.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we offer a right of withdrawal for non-perishable goods within 30 days of receiving your order. However, plants are classified as perishable goods, which means they are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. As a result, all plant purchases are final and non-refundable once shipped. If you have any concerns regarding the condition of your plant upon delivery, please refer to our "Right of Complaint" section below for assistance.

 

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT   
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of EU consumer protection law apply. This means you have a 24-month right to make a complaint under the EU Sale of Goods Directive. For perishable goods such as plants, the right of complaint is limited to the general durability of the product. If you notice any issues with the health of your plants upon receipt, you must provide an unboxing video and photographs of the issue within 24 hours of receipt. This also applies if your parcel was delivered to or redirected to a parcel shop, with the 24-hour period starting from when the parcel is available for pickup. Please note that cosmetic damage is not covered, as we pack with the utmost care to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition. Each complaint will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

RIGHT OF APPEAL
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us at contact@greenfelicities.com. If we fail to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark here - https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk/. To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and a maximum of 100.000 DKK. There is a fee to have the complaint processed. If you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commissions's online complaint portal here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

 

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address. We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with greenfelicities ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information and adequate protection.The data controller at greenfelicities.com is the director of the company Maria Cecilie Sørensen.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be if your data for example is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. ADDTIONAL PROVISIONS 
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Our liability for any products sold is limited to the purchase price paid. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit or damage caused by improper handling after delivery. This limitation of liability does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

All intellectual property rights related to our plants, products, trademarks, and website remain the property of greenfelicities ApS and may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
