Under the EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To request a withdrawal, please use the form below.

Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee that we can cancel your order, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Plants are classified as perishable goods, which means they are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. As a result, all plant purchases are final and non-refundable once shipped. Once a phytosanitary certificate has been issued for international shipments outside the EU, any associated costs are non-refundable, as the service has been fully performed and cannot be reversed.
